AWARDS & TRAVEL GRANTS

AWARDS

The European and Mediterranean League against Thrombotic Diseases (EM LTD) will provide awards,

to medical trainees and young scientists

(under 35 years of age) who submit highly rated communications,

which will be presented on the 24th International Congress on Thrombosis.

1. CANDIDATES

The Young Investigator must be the presenter and first author of an abstract submitted to the Congress.

2. AWARDS

The EMLTD will provide 8 awards:

4 for the best oral presentations (1.000 €) and 4 for the best poster presentations (500€).

In addition, Dr. Samama, Dr. ?riarte and Dr. Ulutin awards will be provided by the 24th ICT to the best three oral presentations.

TRAVEL GRANTS

Travel grants are available for young people (under 35 years old) and are designed to offer a help with travel expenses.

Participants must apply through the Abstracts online application.

Candidates can only apply if they are the presenter of at least one accepted communication in the Congress.

Travel grants include 1000€ for travel and accommodation costs.
