Saint-Petersburg joined MMM19

MAY MEASUREMENT MONTH is held by the Russian Society of Cardiology jointly with International Society of Hypertension and World Hypertension League annually.

MMM19 is aimed at bringing attention of people to the problem of high blood pressure. Participants need to test their BP and fill in the short form. It is important that participants haven't measured BP for a long time. The target audience is people aged 18 and older.

On May 17th, 2019 doctors from Almazov National Medical Research Centre suported by RSC organized the action in Saint-Petersburg within the National Medical Innovative Forum. Blood pressure was taken three times in every participant and each of them received medical advices based on the results.
