MMM17: Moscow has joined the initiative

Young doctors from the National Center for Preventive Medicine (Moscow), members of the RSC Working group of young cardiologists took part in the May Measurement Month-2017 (MMM17). They located in one of the shopping malls and offered to measure blood pressure and diagnose risk factors of hypertension. 102 people were tested.
All patients diagnosed with hypertension were informed about the risks of high BP, they also received medical recommendations and leaflets on lowering BP. They were advised to see a cardiologist to continue examination and therapy.
