The BIOTECHMED 2018 Forum is an authoritative federal platform which not only helps to open dialog between business and the government, but also to develop integrated approaches to tackling relevant issues in the sphere of biotechnology. The forum is aimed at making market participants interested in ensuring a transition to new digital medicine and to the new technological paradigm in general.
The main themes of the BIOTECHMED 2018 Forum will include digital health, combating cancer, and the export of medical products. The theme of the plenary session is "National "Healthcare" Project: Key Areas and Objectives".

Traditionally, the forum will be held with support from the Russian Ministry of Healthcare, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Rostec State Corporation and the Administration of the Krasnodar Territory. Joint-Stock Company National Immunobiological Company is the strategic partner of the event, and REC is the general partner. Other partners of the event include: National Immunobiological Company, BIOCAD biotechnology company, Prospective Technologies Development Center, Techmash, Shvabe, National Center of Informatization, Takeda Russia,  JSC Pharmasyntez, Pharmaclon, and State Research Institute of Highly Pure Biopreparations, FMBA. It is planned that 1,500 persons will participate in the forum.
